About Symone Kimelman
Symone Kimelman is a first-generation attorney who graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in English in 2015, then earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota in 2019. During law school she achieved a top 10 national ranking on the mock trial team and served on the executive board of the Latino Law Student Association. She simultaneously worked as a certified student prosecutor for two years at the Ramsey County Attorney's Office, handling Criminal Appeals and felony cases. After law school, she worked as a Staff Attorney for a District Court Judge, where she gained a 'behind the bench' perspective on legal arguments and juror persuasion. She joined the Law Office of Kenneth Berger to represent injured clients and their families across South Carolina. She is licensed in South Carolina, Minnesota, and Texas.
