
About Colleen Kinerk
Colleen L. Kinerk was born in Tucson and graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 1986, after which she worked in the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. She returned to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona College of Law, graduating in 1991. As a new lawyer, Colleen practiced insurance defense in San Francisco at McGlynn, McLong & McDowell before returning to Tucson to join the family practice, where she handled medical malpractice, wrongful death, and serious injury cases. She later expanded her practice to focus on family law, bringing litigation experience and strong advocacy skills to clients facing the most difficult transitions of their lives. Her family law practice covers premarital arrangements, divorce and legal separation, paternity, child and spousal support, and parenting, legal decision-making, and custodial arrangements. She holds a BV Distinguished Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
