About George Zindel

George Zindel is an attorney at Kline & Specter with a background spanning law, finance, and public service. There, he managed private equity-style investments through the Principal Transactions group, participating in deals including a $200 million government services contractor buyout and a co-investment in a $2 billion take-private of a travel services company.

At La Salle University, where he attended on a full scholarship, Zindel earned bachelor's degrees in finance and political science with highest honors. He was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honors society, received the Finance Department Award as the top graduating senior, and served as three-year president of the mock trial team, during which the program's national ranking increased by 112 positions.

At the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Zindel served as senior editor and received the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. He was co-president of Penn Law's trial team and competed as a champion and semifinalist in several competitions. Additionally, he has coached trial teams at Roman Catholic High School and Villanova Charles Widger School of Law, and sits on the Executive Board of Trustees of Roman Catholic High School. He interned as a policy intern for U.S. Senator Pat Toomey's 2016 campaign.
