Suzanne Ogden

Suzanne Ogden, R.N., J.D., is an attorney at Knapp & Roberts in Arizona. A Board Certified Trial Lawyer and Registered Nurse, she has practiced medical negligence law for more than 20 years. Her practice covers medical negligence, wrongful death, and vulnerable adult abuse and neglect, including claims for failure to diagnose, failure to treat, medical error, adverse medical outcomes, agency and ostensible agency claims, negligent privileging and credentialing, and punitive damages.

Ogden earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. She is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.

Before becoming an attorney, Ogden practiced as a registered nurse in skilled nursing, endoscopy, special procedures, and outpatient surgery. Her nursing experience informs her work on cases involving hospital policies and procedures, elder care, surgery, sepsis, gastroenterology, pain management, oncology, pressure sores and wound management, and nursing liability.
