Joseph Chu

Joseph C. Chu is a personal injury attorney at Ladah Injury & Car Accident Lawyers in Las Vegas, joining the firm in 2016. He focuses on personal injury and civil litigation on behalf of plaintiffs.

A native New Yorker, Chu earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and was admitted to practice in 2008. He moved to Las Vegas from Philadelphia in 2007. He spent a year in the Clark County District Attorney's Criminal Appeals Division before entering private civil litigation practice, then served more than five years as a senior associate at one of the largest insurance defense firms in the country, handling high-value personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability matters.

Within his first 18 months at Ladah, Chu joined the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was named Super Lawyers Rising Star for five consecutive years (2016-2020).
