James Biscoglia

James J. Biscoglia earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a J.D. with Honors, both from Drake University, graduating in 1992 and 1995 respectively. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit, rising to lead trial attorney before joining a private civil litigation firm in Florida where he gained experience in personal injury, economic fraud, and nursing home abuse. Biscoglia returned to Iowa in 2004 and joined LaMarca Law Group, where he concentrates on personal injury, nursing home abuse, and automobile injury cases. He is a member of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers (by invitation only, limited to 250 attorneys), the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and is board certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
