Michaila Oliveira

Michaila M. Oliveira focuses her practice on personal injury, with a particular interest in representing survivors of sexual assault and child sexual abuse in civil claims against abusers and the organizations that may have facilitated that abuse. She earned her B.A. from Northeastern University (summa cum laude) and her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire federal and state courts. Michaila teaches continuing legal education courses and has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Manchester Bar Association and the Executive Committee for the New Hampshire Association for Justice. In 2022 and 2021 she co-authored articles published in the New Hampshire Bar News examining the legal rights of sexual assault victims. She has been recognized as a Rising Star.
