Sheri Bangura

Sheri Bangura is an attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, focused on personal injury litigation. She has 16 years of legal-industry experience, including more than 13 years as a multi-state insurance claims adjuster. She joined the firm in 2021.

Bangura earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Old Dominion University in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2014, where she served as Senior Editor of the North Carolina Central Law Review.

Before joining Farrin, she practiced as an insurance defense attorney.

She is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and North Carolina Advocates for Justice (Auto Torts Division). She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs (2024-2025) and authored "What's the Legal Deal With Abandoned Cars in NC?" in The Carolina Journal (December 2024).
