About Jon Friedman
Jon M. Friedman grew up near Chicago, graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota in 1980 with a B.A. in Economics, and spent 1980-81 working in aviation, earning commercial pilot and certified flight instructor ratings. He enrolled at the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in the fall of 1981 and graduated in 1984. Upon admission to the Oregon State Bar in September 1984, he opened the Law Offices of Jon Friedman, where he has since represented thousands of clients injured by negligent drivers, physicians, and attorneys in state and federal courts. His approach centers on prompt, personal attention so clients understand their options throughout the litigation process and can make informed decisions while focusing on recovery. Prior to private practice, he worked at the law school's legal clinic assisting low-income families with consumer matters. Jon has been married to Michele Friedman for more than 35 years and they have two adult children.
