Richard Hutchison

Richard Hutchison is the Managing Pre-Litigation Attorney at Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys, joining the firm in 2010. He started his legal career as a prosecuting attorney with the City of Glendale's Prosecutor's Office, trying numerous bench and jury trials in misdemeanor domestic violence, DUI, and city-code matters before transitioning to private practice in criminal defense and creditor claims. He now leads pre-litigation case development across Arizona and Tennessee.
