Abby Marshall

Abby Marshall is an Associate Attorney at Levin & Perconti in Chicago, focusing on nursing home cases, medical malpractice, and other personal injury matters. She joined the firm as a law clerk in September 2018 and was hired as an associate in January 2021. A Glen Ellyn, Illinois native and Glenbard West High School graduate, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, majoring in social work and psychology. Prior to joining Levin & Perconti, Abby served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas V. Lyons II in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, completed an AmeriCorps VISTA placement at Legal Aid Chicago, and interned at the DuPage County Probation Department.
