Michael McCubbin

Michael McCubbin is a trial attorney at Levin & Perconti focused on birth injury and medical malpractice litigation, including cerebral palsy, Erb's palsy, and developmental delay cases. Before joining the firm, he represented plaintiffs in medical negligence cases at one of Maryland's largest medical malpractice firms and later founded and chaired the Medical Malpractice Department at a Maryland personal injury firm. He was previously an Assistant State's Attorney.
