About Daniel Jenkins
Dan Jenkins is the managing partner and an owner of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers. Raised on a small farm in Kuna, Idaho, he spent 10 years working for major personal injury law firms across the western United States before law school, gaining extensive experience in how serious injury cases are investigated, prepared, and resolved. He earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from Boise State University and his Juris Doctor, with an emphasis in litigation and dispute resolution, from the University of Idaho College of Law. In law school he made the Dean's List multiple times, represented the university in regional moot competitions, and received the Pro Bono Above and Beyond Award for donating more than 400 hours of free legal service including assisting in multiple trials. He began his legal career at the Twin Falls Public Defenders Office, taking many court and jury trials to verdict and obtaining several acquittals. He is fluent in Spanish. Dan represents individuals and families affected by serious injuries and wrongful death, handling cases through negotiation, mediation, and trial.
