Julie Davis

Julie A. (Gielowski) Davis is a partner at Lubin & Meyer whose practice includes medical malpractice, products liability, professional negligence, and general liability claims. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a member of the legal team in the class-action lawsuit representing 180 patients of former Boston rheumatologist Derrick Todd, MD. Her verdicts include a $6.8 million verdict for the family of a woman who died from cardiac complications following elective hernia surgery and a $1.6 million verdict for a man who suffered kidney failure requiring years of dialysis due to contrast administered during a CT scan.
