James Malek

James "Jim" Malek, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Malek & Malek Law Firm in Columbus, Ohio. He has been a licensed Ohio attorney since 1995 and has tried numerous personal injury and workers' compensation cases to jurors throughout the state of Ohio.

Malek practices alongside his father, Ed Malek (the firm's founding attorney), and his brothers Doug and Kip Malek. The firm has been serving Columbus and surrounding communities since 1972.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, and Central Ohio Association for Justice.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (Cleveland State University) in 1995 and his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Ohio State University in 1990. He has been admitted to the Ohio Bar since 1995.
