Madison Cogan

Madison B. Cogan is a Senior Associate Attorney at Malman Law in Chicago, who joined the firm in 2021. A native of the Chicagoland area, she focuses her practice on plaintiff representation in personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect and abuse cases. Her legal career began with an externship for the Honorable Justice Terrence J. Lavin at the Illinois Appellate Court, followed by law clerk positions at plaintiffs firms in downtown Chicago. She was selected to the 2024 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
