About Michael Malouf
Michael J. Malouf graduated from Greenwood High School and attended the University of Mississippi, where he received his B.A. in 1967 and his J.D. in 1970. He began practicing as a sole practitioner after law school and later formed Malouf & Malouf, where he practices alongside his son, daughter, and associates. The firm handles a general practice, and Mike focuses primarily on civil litigation, domestic relations, and criminal defense. He has served in numerous positions within the Jackson legal community, including as an officer and director of the Jackson Young Lawyers Association and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hinds County Bar Association. Within the Mississippi Bar, he served on the Board of Bar Commissioners, the Committee on Professional Responsibility, and as chairman of both the Workers Compensation Section and the Unauthorized Practice of Law committee. Mike is a sought-after lecturer at continuing legal education seminars on domestic, civil, and criminal topics. He has served on the Board of Directors of Downtown Partners and was appointed by the governor to the Mississippi Telecommunications Commission.
