John Holstedt

John R. Holstedt is the managing partner of the Workers' Compensation Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He practices workers' compensation litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as personal injury and labor and employment law. Before his legal career he served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, including a combat tour in Vietnam from June 1970 to June 1971, during which he was awarded the Air Medal with four oak leaf clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross. He has earned Super Lawyers and Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent designations.
