Joseph Hoffmann

Joseph A. Hoffmann is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He represents public sector employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal proceedings. Before joining the firm he served as a deputy district attorney, prosecuting cases involving murder, sex crimes, domestic violence, DUI, narcotics, and theft offenses through jury trial, and subsequently practiced criminal defense.
