Phil Kowalski

Phil Kowalski is a Pre-Litigation Attorney at McCormick Law Firm ("The Injury Attorney"), dedicated to protecting the rights of injured individuals and guiding them through the legal process with compassion and skill.

Kowalski earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in May 2024. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Alaska.

During a law clerkship at Simon Law Firm, he contributed to cases totaling over $1 billion in settlements and verdicts, including a $745 million single-plaintiff jury verdict.
