Trey Kirby

Trey Kirby is a Pre-Litigation Attorney at McCormick Law Firm ("The Injury Attorney").

Kirby earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May 2024. Before joining McCormick Law Firm, he served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Tulsa County Public Defender's Office, where he handled misdemeanor trial work, and as an Associate Attorney at Schmook Law, where he handled family law matters.

He is admitted to the Texas Bar and the Oklahoma Bar.
