Kenneth David Lee

Kenneth Lee is a trial attorney and Chair of the Executive Committee at McKeen & Associates. Since joining the firm in early 2015, Kenneth has earned over $70 million in settlements across a wide range of medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He has also won numerous jury trials on behalf of injured clients, including an $11 million trial verdict in September 2023 on behalf of a woman injured during a total thyroidectomy surgery. He was invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in October 2024. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018 to 2022, a Super Lawyer in 2023 and 2024, a 2018 National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and a National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40 in Michigan. He graduated from Saginaw Valley State University and earned his J.D. cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Auburn Hills.
