Adam Deutsch is Of Counsel to Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP and an accomplished trial attorney concentrating on complex civil litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and medical malpractice. Over the course of his career he has spent more than 10 years at a major New York personal injury firm and approximately 8 years at prominent New York City firms, including time clerking for the Honorable Sherry Klein-Heitler and serving in public prosecution.
Mr. Deutsch earned his undergraduate degree from Union College in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2002. He is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Deutsch's results include a $62 million verdict in Lin v. Hutch Realty, which was reported as the 31st largest jury verdict nationally and the third largest in New York State in 2014. He has also obtained what has been described as the largest pedestrian knockdown verdict in New York State (2013), as well as $9.2 million and $4 million medical malpractice verdicts in Westchester County.
His honors include selection as a New York Super Lawyers Rising Star (2013), National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2014), New York Metro Super Lawyer (2014-2019), and Best Lawyers in America (2019-present). He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Westchester County Bar Association (Co-Chair of its Trial Lawyer & Tort Committee), and the American Association for Justice.
