Daniel Wasserberg is a Founding Partner of Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP. His practice focuses on consumer protection, environmental advocacy, and corporate accountability through high-stakes plaintiffs' litigation.
Daniel has built a national practice handling personal injury, asbestos, mesothelioma, and toxic tort matters. He has been recognized annually as a New York Metropolitan Super Lawyer from 2013 to the present, was previously a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2013-2018), was named to the Top 100 Civil Litigators by the National Trial Lawyers in 2017, and has been listed among the Top 10 Asbestos and Mesothelioma Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law in 2003 and his Bachelor's degree with a business certificate from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice in Texas (2004), New York (2010), New Jersey (2018), and Illinois (2020), as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Northern District of Illinois. He is a Leader's Forum member of the American Association for Justice and a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the New York Trial Lawyers Association.
