Background

Will Forero is an associate attorney at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, where he litigates personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, nursing home negligence, and construction accidents. Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Will spent five years at a boutique Bronx law firm, where he oversaw personal injury cases and handled matters in real estate, election law, and trusts and estates. Early in his career, he worked as a paralegal at a Manhattan firm representing children harmed by lead poisoning caused by negligent landlords — an experience that drew him to plaintiff's personal injury work.
