
About Ashley Biermann
Ashley Biermann is a partner at Meshbesher and Spence and leads the firm's workers' compensation and PERA/MSRS disability practice. She focuses on representing first responders injured in the line of duty, including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, correctional officers, and dispatchers, and handles career-ending injuries such as PTSD, orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and toxic exposure. She has litigated dozens of workers' compensation hearings and administrative law trials, and has argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Supreme Court. She graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2014 and holds a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College (2010).
