Stephanie Swerling

Stephanie Swerling is an attorney at the Mike Slocumb Law Firm's Washington, D.C. office, focusing on personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability. She was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, earned her bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Georgia, then moved to D.C. for graduate school, earning a master's degree in American history from George Washington University. She earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she participated in the Immigration and Refugee Advocacy Clinic and earned a certificate in intellectual property law. The daughter and sister of attorneys, she was immersed in the practice of law from a young age and approaches client representation with trust, honesty, and compassion. She is admitted to the Maryland State Bar and Washington, D.C. Bar.
