About Lyndsie Russell
Lyndsie N. Russell practices civil litigation with a focus on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, UM/UIM cases, and medical malpractice. She attended California State University, Fresno as a member of the Smittcamp Family Honors College, competing for four years on the Fresno State Mock Trial team. She graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in Political Science cum laude and a B.S. in Criminology cum laude with department honors, then earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2015. During law school she served as a small claims and civil harassment mediator, participated in the school's Mediation Clinic and Jessup Moot Court Team, and worked at a law firm handling plaintiff's products liability claims. Ms. Russell currently serves on the boards of the Fresno County Bar Association and the Central Valley Trial Lawyer's Association, and is a member of the Tulare and Kings County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association for Justice. She was president of the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association in 2021, holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been a Northern California Rising Star every year since 2019. She has been designated a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by the National Trial Lawyers and was named a Top Young Woman Attorney in California in 2020. She is also an adjunct professor at Fresno City College and the co-host of the podcast 'A Place in the Courtroom.'
