About Brady Rigdon
Brady Rigdon spent roughly a decade as a criminal prosecutor before moving to the plaintiff's side, and he now handles car accident and distracted-driving injury cases from the firm's Atlanta office. An Atlanta native, he studied business administration with a marketing concentration at Auburn University and graduated from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2001, with bar licenses in both Alabama and Georgia. In one notable trial, a jury found a distracted driver 100 percent at fault after the insurer had refused to accept liability.
