
About Ken Letsch
Ken Letsch is a managing attorney at Monge & Associates who has represented accident victims exclusively since 2003 and has mentored the firm's younger lawyers since 2017. He holds a finance degree from Florida State University and a 1997 J.D. from Delaware Law School at Widener University, with bar admissions in Georgia and Florida. In a 2012 case he advanced a novel negligent-infliction-of-emotional-distress theory whose pleadings were later picked up by other Georgia plaintiff attorneys.
