David Rubin

David Henry Rubin is an attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys in Georgia. He is a workers' compensation specialist with over a decade of experience.

Rubin joined Montlick in 2023 after working at both large and small firms, where he managed workers' compensation departments and litigated cases through all stages, including depositions, mediations, and administrative hearings.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2011 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park.
