John Morgan

John Morgan founded Morgan & Morgan in Orlando in 1988 alongside his wife, Ultima, after watching his family get failed by the lawyer they hired when his brother Tim was paralyzed working as a lifeguard at Walt Disney World. That experience became the firm's "For the People" mission, and under his leadership it has grown into America's largest injury law firm, with more than 1,000 attorneys and over $35 billion recovered for clients. A University of Florida law graduate admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984, Morgan has also led successful statewide ballot campaigns to legalize medical marijuana in Florida and to raise the state's minimum wage to $15 an hour.
