Matt Morgan

Matt Morgan, the eldest of John and Ultima Morgan's sons, has tried more than 50 civil cases to verdict as lead counsel, building a record of high-stakes wins in catastrophic injury and complex liability litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Florida and his law degree at Stetson University College of Law, later sharpening his skills through Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation. One of the most visible faces of the firm, he appears regularly as a legal commentator on the Today Show, Good Morning America, CNN, and Fox News, and has been quoted in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal.
