About Michael Ram
Michael Ram heads Morgan & Morgan's consumer products and automotive litigation department, drawing on four decades of consumer class action work. A cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School (1982), he shared the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from Trial Lawyers for Public Justice in 1992 for National Association of Radiation Survivors v. Walters, litigated major class actions at Lieff Cabraser from 1993 to 1997, and then founded his own San Francisco firm. His co-lead counsel roles have included the Lumber Liquidators bamboo flooring class action, a $30 million Wells Fargo interest-charge settlement, and a certified ADA class of wheelchair users against Lyft.
