About Paul Pennock
Paul Pennock is one of the country's most accomplished mass tort litigators, with more than a billion dollars in recoveries and a 2025 induction into the mass tort and MDL litigators Hall of Fame. Before joining Morgan & Morgan he chaired one of Weitz & Luxenberg's national litigation practice groups for two decades. As co-lead of the federal Actos MDL he helped drive litigation that produced a $9 billion jury verdict, at the time the largest in history for a personal injury lawsuit, and he later served as national co-lead counsel in the power morcellator MDL, where he organized the first majority-women plaintiffs' steering committee in MDL history. His current work includes holding accountable businesses that profit from sex trafficking and the opioid trade.
