Rene Rocha

Rene Rocha handles complex litigation for Morgan & Morgan from New Orleans, taking on cases involving environmental contamination, defective pharmaceuticals, fraud, and corporate misconduct. His clients have ranged from Gulf of Mexico fishermen and Kentucky postal workers to California homeowners, Midwest farmers, and Florida municipalities. He serves on the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee of the hair relaxer multidistrict litigation and was named to the Lawdragon 500 Global Plaintiff Lawyers list for 2026. Rocha studied at the London School of Economics before earning his B.A. from Tulane University in 2007 and his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2010.
