About Ryan McGee

Ryan McGee is a Tampa native on Morgan & Morgan's complex litigation team, where he represents consumers in class action and data privacy cases. After earning his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2008 — where he edited the Stetson Law Review — he served as a state prosecutor in Pinellas and Pasco counties, trying more than 50 jury trials to verdict including multiple homicides, then clerked for two years for Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich. He also spent time defending businesses in state and federal courts nationwide before returning to the plaintiff side, and Super Lawyers named him a Rising Star in 2018.
