Nathan Greenlee

Nathan C. Greenlee is an Associate in the Real Estate practice at Morris James, where he focuses his practice on real property, land use, and related litigation. Nate counsels clients and handles disputes arising from land use, title issues, easements, boundary conflicts, and common interest communities. He also represents clients in matters related to the Delaware Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (DUCIOA), disability accommodations, and the Fair Housing Act. As part of his practice, Nate assists with transactional real estate work, including acquisitions, financing, and development, and with drafting related documents. Before joining Morris James as an Associate, Nate was a Summer Associate in 2024, engaging with issues related to his current practice. Nate also served as an intern for the Court of Chancery in Georgetown, Delaware, working for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III and for Vice Chancellor Bonnie W. David (then Magistrate). He also spent a semester as a legal extern to Judge Mark H. Conner with the Delaware Superior Court, drafting legal orders and memoranda. Nate earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and served as Managing Counsel of External Affairs for the Transactional Law Honor Society, a mentor for the 1L Mentorship Program, and President of the First-Generation Law Student Association.
