
About Samantha Rodriguez
Sam is an Associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice. She represents debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors, plan administrators, liquidating trustees, and other interested parties in complex Chapter 11 cases and related adversarial proceedings. Prior to joining Morris James, she developed and enhanced her research and writing skills as a judicial intern for the Hon. Mark S. Coven of the Quincy District Court and as a legal intern for Claro Enterprise Solutions.
