Dustin Mueller

Dustin Mueller is a partner at Mueller Schmidt Mulholland & Cooling, PLLC, an Iowa-based law firm. With more than 11 years of experience, his practice covers workers' compensation, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and property insurance claims.

Mueller earned his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School and was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2013 and the Nebraska Bar in 2024. He is also licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Iowa (2016).

He is a member of the Iowa Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association, and the Iowa Association for Justice (Board of Governors since 2023; Vice-Chair, Workers' Compensation Core Group since 2024). He served as Chair of the Iowa Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section in 2021-2022.
