Brett Sachs

Brett S. Sachs is the founder and principal attorney of MVP Accident Attorneys, a California personal injury law firm headquartered in Irvine with offices in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Sacramento. He focuses his practice exclusively on representing victims of car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injury claims throughout California.

Mr. Sachs earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010 before graduating Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law with his Juris Doctor. He is admitted to the California Bar (No. 297504). Before founding his own firm, he worked at a large personal injury firm in Newport Beach and later at an insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable experience defending some of the largest medical providers in California — perspective he now uses to advance the interests of injured plaintiffs.

Mr. Sachs has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, and Distinguished Lawyers for excellence in personal injury representation, and was selected for The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
