Joshua Gayl

Joshua Gayl is an attorney at MyPhillyLawyer (Silvers, Langsam & Weitzman, P.C.) handling plaintiff's personal injury, product liability, premises liability, construction litigation, estate litigation, estate planning and administration, and commercial litigation. A Philadelphia native, he began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph D. O'Keefe, Administrative Judge of the Philadelphia Orphans Court, and has practiced at firms of various sizes and in in-house roles. Before law school, he sold cars at the Philadelphia AutoMall and worked as a sportswriter. He volunteers with Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, supporting attorneys and law students facing mental-health, addiction, or ethical challenges.
