About Frank Nunes
Frank Nunes is a lifelong resident of Fresno County, raised on his family's vineyard in Selma. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from California State University, Fresno in 1991, then a Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in 1994. He began his legal career as a Tulare County District Attorney prosecutor and later served in the Fresno County Counsel's office handling ordinance and zoning enforcement, where he became the first agricultural crimes prosecutor appointed in California. He subsequently worked as in-house counsel for a nationally known insurance company, gaining experience from the defense side of litigation. In August 2007, he opened Nunes Law, Inc. to represent individuals and businesses in civil litigation throughout California's Central Valley. His practice focuses on helping accident victims and injured people recover compensation from insurance companies. He has been selected to Super Lawyers every year from 2017 through 2026, placing him in the top 5 percent of California attorneys. He is active in the Fresno community, including attending Ag One Foundation events to support scholarship funding for California State University, Fresno's agricultural programs.
