LaTesha O'Neal-Austin

LaTesha O'Neal-Austin is a Case Manager at Pajcic & Pajcic with more than 25 years of experience investigating and negotiating settlements for catastrophic injury cases. Previously a senior insurance adjuster, she joined the firm in 2019 — recruited from the opposing side of a case against Pajcic & Pajcic — and applies the lessons learned while working for insurance carriers to create positive outcomes for clients.

She is a Licensed All Lines Florida Adjuster, a Florida Notary, and a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal.

O'Neal-Austin earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science (with a minor in Public Administration) from Florida A&M University.
