Michael Pajcic

Michael Pajcic, Esq. is a trial attorney at Pajcic & Pajcic, the firm founded by his father Steve and his uncle Gary, where he grew up watching them practice law. He joined the firm in 2010 after serving as an Assistant Public Defender in Gainesville, where he was promoted to the felony division after 18 months. He has approximately 17 years of legal experience.

Pajcic is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and focuses on helping individuals against large insurance companies. His practice areas include wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and car, truck, and motorcycle accidents.

He earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 2008 and his A.B. from Princeton University in 2004. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008.
