Paul Shorstein, Esq. is a Trial Attorney at Pajcic & Pajcic, where he focuses on personal injury and product liability cases. He rejoined the firm in 2023 after a 15-year absence, having previously worked at the firm from 2005 to 2008, then practiced with his father — former State Attorney Harry Shorstein.
Early in his career, Shorstein served as an Assistant District Attorney in DeKalb County, Georgia, where he headed the white-collar crime unit. He has approximately 27 years of legal experience.
He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1997, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as Associate Executive Editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly. He earned his B.A. in Political Science (with a minor in Economics) from the University of Florida in 1993, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar (1997), the Florida Bar (2004), and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2005).
