Seth Pajcic

Seth Pajcic, Esq. is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and AV-rated lawyer at Pajcic & Pajcic, specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He joined the firm in 2007 after serving as an Assistant State Attorney, and has been lead attorney on nearly 300 litigated cases with total verdicts and settlements exceeding $100 million. He has approximately 20 years of legal experience.

Pajcic was named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2010 and 2011 and a Florida Super Lawyer in 2023 and 2024. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Law attorney and a Top 25 Medical Malpractice attorney. He joined the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2022.

He earned his J.D. cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2004, an M.A. in Political Management from George Washington University in 2001, and his B.A. magna cum laude from Sewanee, the University of the South in 1999. He is admitted to the Florida Bar (2004) and the Vermont Bar (2019).
