Andrew Schrader is a dedicated trial lawyer who has helped his clients recover more than $575 million from some of the largest companies in the world. Licensed in California and Nevada, his practice is focused on litigating catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions. Most recently, Mr. Schrader obtained a $34.1 million jury verdict in San Bernardino County for an elderly pedestrian who suffered severe injuries after being struck while on the sidewalk by a vehicle driven by an Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. Co-Founder who ran a red light. In addition to his work representing plaintiffs, Mr. Schrader has extensive prior experience representing government entities. Mr. Schrader graduated from the University of Iowa, College of Law, with the highest distinction. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable William C. Bryson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
