Bobby Reagan is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP, specializing in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He joined the firm after nine years practicing catastrophic injury litigation. In premises liability matters, Mr. Reagan secured eight-figure commercial policy limits for a minor client with a brain injury; opposed summary judgment in a wrongful death case against a property owner and management company with dangerous balconies; reached a settlement against a fast-food restaurant following depositions about lost surveillance video; and achieved a multimillion-dollar settlement for a man injured on a television show set. In product liability matters, he opposed summary judgment in a defective packaging suit against a soda distributor, obtaining a multimillion-dollar settlement; secured a seven-figure settlement involving a defective wheelchair; compelled a medical device company to disclose evidence of similar incidents; and secured commercial policy limits for a widow and children in a defective construction equipment case. In dangerous condition of public property matters, he represented a quadriplegic teenager in a road design action against the State of California; a brain-injured cyclist against the State of California; a brain-injured pedestrian against the City of Oxnard; and obtained a multimillion-dollar jury verdict against the City of Los Angeles. Most recently, Mr. Reagan obtained a $12,741,034 verdict in Shepherd v. TruGreen for a veteran Army ranger and his son injured in a collision with a landscaping truck. Mr. Reagan has been named to Southern California Rising Stars by Super Lawyers. He is a graduate of UC Davis and earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, Washington, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and has argued in the Court of Appeal.
