About Robert Glassman

Robert S. Glassman is a trial lawyer and partner at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP where he represents plaintiffs in large and complex civil litigation cases. A recognized leader in the greater Los Angeles community, he is known for his successful representation of victims in landmark multimillion-dollar cases resulting in safety changes in public and private sectors.

Mr. Glassman has been named a Leader of Influence Thriving in their 40s by the Los Angeles Business Journal and named among the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the Daily Journal. He has obtained numerous seven-figure and eight-figure jury verdicts as lead counsel, earning him membership in the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). A three-time Consumer Attorneys of California Consumer Attorney of the Year finalist and 2023 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year recipient, Mr. Glassman's advocacy has led to significant reforms at school districts and helped to establish new child safety laws in California.

An alumnus of the Whitfield School in St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Glassman established the Glassman Leaders Program in 2021, providing an invaluable opportunity for students at his alma mater. During the program, two selected students — one junior and one senior — develop their public speaking and leadership skills through on-and off-campus coursework and mentorship. Participants also attend an eight-week Dale Carnegie course, which focuses on building communication skills for business people and students alike.

Mr. Glassman graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2009 and currently serves on the law school's Board of Trustees. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southwestern where he teaches a jury selection class to students. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Glassman graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where he majored in English and was student body president.

Mr. Glassman is admitted to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, and Missouri.
